USP {Unique Selling Point}

A unique selling point in a print product is used to sell the product to the public. This would be such things as different coloured fonts on the front cover and the picture which is chosen to go on the front cover so that it would appeal to who ever your consumer market is. for example
Ryan Reynolds GQ Magazine October 2009 Cover Photo - Germany
In this front cover we see USP in the font such as "wanted" even though this front cover is german we still see where the font is outstretched in different colours so that the buyer reads the cover and wants to buy the magazine to read inside.
